A film about flight and falling, and the importance of history
This was my first short film. I wrote it, directed it, produced it, slept on my cousin’s couch until we finished the edit; I wrote the music, recorded foley and effects with endless reems of paper, mixed everything. I did a lot myself, perhaps too much. These days there’s nothing I love more than a highly collaborative project. But, you’ve got to start somewhere, and I wasn’t afraid to work hard with what I had, and just get started making movies.
